I am a Nurse Practitioner and Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). I also have a Graduate Certificate in Nursing Education. I LOVE teaching nurses and other health care healers both in clinical practice, on the yoga mat, in group programs, and now in private coaching!

After more than 15 years of critical care nursing and yoga personal practice I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Beaumont School of Yoga Therapy (one of the only hospital-based yoga teacher training programs in the country).

My coaching perspective is influenced by nursing theory, yoga and movement for all bodies, embodiment, health care education, holistic healing, personal development, radical self-love, wholism, joyful physical activity, slow living, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and pleasure-based present moment awareness.
