
“OMG I’m soooo busy. Life is crazy.”
Is this not the MOST common answer to “how are you doing?” in our culture?
We’ve all responded this way at some point in our lives. Myself included.
Could you IMAGINE if you asked a friend how she was doing and she was like… “Life is really great! I have plenty of time to contribute, rest, and be a human! Feels like life is moving at exactly the pace it was meant to move!”
Cue MAJOR eye-roll.
But are you like a little bit jealous?? Doesn’t that sound kind of amazing actually? Do you think she’s full of shit?
This is my life.
I used to feel like life was flashing before my eyes. Like I had to move quicker and do more because time was scarce. I believed I was a helpless victim to my schedule, my obligations, my commitments, my goals, my expectations of myself.
Though a series of circumstances I started exploring the possibility that maybe I wasn’t helpless in this situation…

Once upon a time, I taught a brief free workshop called TIME DESIGN
in response to a TON of female healthcare healers telling me they DESPERATELY WANTED to have time to create a life they really loved but they just couldn’t “find the time.”
They told me they were hoping they’d “find some time” after they graduated, their kids were older, they got off night shift…“ etc.
God, I wonder where they are now!
Now that (I’m CERTAIN) whatever magical event they were waiting for actually happened.
I bet they still feel just as busy.Â
Because hoping you’ll “find time” is BS!
It doesn’t exist.Â
It doesn’t happen.Â
You will not stumble upon extra time for that thing you’ve been meaning to do.
You have to take action.
And we are going to take action…
